How I can help
Practical operations support for teams doing important work. I help organizations improve systems, solve operational challenges, and implement projects with clear structure and follow-through.
-
Give your team clear processes and practical systems that make work easier to manage. I can assess what’s not working, recommend improvements, and handle implementation and documentation so changes stick.
Examples include project management systems, reporting and dashboards, knowledge bases, tool selection and implementation, SOPs, and process improvement.
-
Use AI and automation where they can genuinely save time and reduce repetitive work. I can identify opportunities, design practical workflows, and help implement solutions that fit how your team already works.
Examples include recurring task automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting and data processes, documentation, research workflows, and connecting existing tools.
-
Bring in experienced operational support for a defined project without adding a full-time role. I can take ownership of a problem, work through the details, and get it across the finish line.
Examples include software implementations and migrations, operational research, tool evaluation, process redesign, data cleanup, documentation, and special projects.
